Emma Wadding - Branch Manager
Emma has over ten years' experience in the recruitment sector. Emma initially spent over three years in the Finance sector, sourcing and placing part-qualified and qualified Accountants. Since joining Extraman eight years ago, Emma has brought the valuable experience gained whilst working for a national agency and applied this to the more personal environment of Extraman that attracted her to the company. During her time with Extraman, Emma has worked within the commercial sector supplying candidates to a variety of positions, both temporary and permanent. The range of roles filled has been extensive, including those within HR, Policy, Finance & Analytics, Secretarial/PA, Sales, Administration, Call Centre and Database functions. Emma is a natural leader, and from her initial position of consultant, was soon to manage the temporary division before assuming full branch responsibility. However, Emma continues to take an active role in placing candidates into temporary and permanent appointments, fulfilling those first career aspirations.
Leila Healey - Administrator and Resourcer
Leila has been with us for a number of years, and is a key support member of the team, taking responsibility for payroll administration, maintaining advertising and web boards, sourcing and identifying candidates, and liaising with clients and candidates alike.
